What we do

A single company across the whole chain

Most importers buy at the port and hope for the best. We keep buyers on the ground in four countries, control the freezing and packing standard at origin, and land the product in our own cold stores in Spain.

Buying at origin

Permanent teams in Nouadhibou, Dakar, Agadir and Walvis Bay select the catch on the quay, not from a spreadsheet.

Cold chain control

Blast freezing at −40 °C at origin, reefer transport at −21 °C, and temperature logs attached to every consignment.

Processing in Spain

Grading, glazing, portioning and private-label packing in our Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Las Palmas plants under EU health approval.

Distribution

Full loads and groupage to wholesalers, retail platforms and foodservice across Spain, Portugal, France and Italy.

Where we buy

Four coastlines, one Atlantic current

The Canary Current upwelling makes the West African shelf one of the richest fishing grounds on earth. We work permanent relationships in each of its main landing hubs.

In Spain

Two plants, one standard

Santa Cruz de Tenerife handles cephalopods and whitefish; Las Palmas handles crustaceans and small pelagics. Both run the same documented HACCP plan, the same grading tolerances and the same laboratory schedule.
